This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed at tru-cbn.com. TruCBN is a brand of Welwyn.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We are unable to sell or ship TruCBN to residents of Oregon. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Subscription orders ship automatically on each renewal date.

3. Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders, including every subscription delivery.

4. Delivery estimates

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

5. Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. If you don't receive tracking within a few business days of ordering, contact us at hello@tru-cbn.com.

6. Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct, including any apartment, suite, or unit number. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment.

7. Lost or damaged shipments

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your package arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at hello@tru-cbn.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
