Welcome to TruCBN. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tru-cbn.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. TruCBN is a brand of Welwyn (“TruCBN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States (excluding Oregon) to purchase from us. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Our products

TruCBN products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements about them have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The information on the Site is for general purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes.

4. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Some products are offered on a subscription basis:

• Monthly (30-Day) plan bills and ships one box each month.

• Prepaid (90-Day) plan is a single charge covering three monthly shipments, and renews automatically at the end of each 90-day term.

By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current price and cadence until you cancel. You can cancel or pause anytime from your account or by emailing hello@tru-cbn.com before your next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; boxes already billed are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy, both incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the TruCBN and Welwyn names and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruCBN and Welwyn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruCBN, Welwyn, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to the Site, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
