Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We know you've probably tried other things for sleep before, so we want your first order of TruCBN to feel like an easy thing to try. If it doesn't help you sleep the way you hoped, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your first order in full. That includes every box in it, so if your first order was a 3-box order, like the 90-Day plan, all three boxes are covered.

How to ask for a refund

Email us at hello@tru-cbn.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]" within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you a very short survey first, because your answers help us understand what didn't work, and as soon as you submit it we start your refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.

Unused boxes

Unused boxes must be returned as part of a refund.

What the guarantee covers

The 30-day money-back guarantee is for your first order only. Subscription renewals (monthly or 90-Day) and repeat orders can't be refunded, so if you'd like to stop or skip a delivery, just write to us before it ships and we'll take care of it.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email hello@tru-cbn.com with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you. This applies to every order, not just your first.
