1. 30-day money-back guarantee (first order)

If you're not satisfied with your first order for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of your original order date and we'll refund it. This guarantee applies to your first order only.

2. How to request a refund

Email us at hello@tru-cbn.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Order Number]” within 30 days of your original order date. We'll send a short survey; as soon as you submit it, your refund is initiated. If a return is needed, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you — you're never responsible for return shipping.

3. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of processing.

4. Subscriptions and later orders

All orders after your first — including monthly renewals and the boxes covered by a prepaid (90-Day) plan — are final and not eligible for a refund under this guarantee. You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime from your account or by emailing hello@tru-cbn.com before your next renewal date:

• Canceling stops all future renewals.

• Boxes already billed (including remaining boxes on a prepaid plan) will ship as scheduled and are not refundable outside the 30-day first-order window.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

If any order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@tru-cbn.com right away with a photo of the issue. We'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you — this applies to any order, not just your first.
